If you are seeking marriage counseling, family therapy, or couple counseling, you may bring your partner or spouse for a joint intake, or you may see me first and allow your partner to join you during a second session.
During your first counseling session we will discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and counseling goals. In addition, there will be a review of relevant office policies and procedures, such as confidentiality, rates, and insurance. You will be able to ask questions and you will receive honest and clear answers.
In a collaborative setting, respectful of your own value system, we will examine your thoughts and feelings to uncover your true potential and help you lead a life that is worth celebrating.
Your privacy and confidentiality will be honored in a manner that meets or exceeds all state and federal guidelines for counselors, therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals.
Because we are all individuals, we require a different level of care and intervention, especially if we are experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Together, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to meet the goals that you have for yourself, your family, or your marriage. This plan might include subsequent sessions, homework, participation in a group, or a referral if needed.
To get more information about fees, exact insurance coverage or appointment times, I am available to talk to you personally.
